The Wilson Arms sits in the shadow of the towering Old Man of Coniston and Dow Crag. The Lake District offers many beautiful spots to visit and breathtaking views, with the largest lake, Windermere and the iconic Scarfell Pike being popular attractions. Other notable places include Derwentwater, Crummock Water, and Ullswater, along with the villages of Grasmere and Keswick. We have six fully-serviced hook-ups available with electric and water and we are pleased to say that our brand new toilet & shower facilities are now open with 24hr access for our camper guests to use throughout your stay. The Wilson Arms is open 7 days per week serving food all day which can be eaten inside or offered as a takeaway to enjoy back at your van, in addition we also have a deli shop on site stocking daily essentials, freshly made sandwiches, pies, cakes and much more. Please be aware our hook up is only 16 amps !
