Planted by Jemma and Paul in 2010. Hebron Vineyard is an organically run regenerative vineyard offering authentic natural wine and the opportunity to stay on a working boutique, organically maintained vineyard amongst the beautiful countryside of West Wales. Hebron is the first vineyard in Wales — and the UK — to be Certified Regenerative by AGW. We really enjoy showing people around our vineyard and discussing our rare regenerative viticulture, ethos and methodology. You will have a chance to ask Paul questions and pick his brain about all things viticulture and natural winemaking, then into the 'Black tin shed' our comfortable tasting room to taste the natural wines of Wales we have available. We offer tapas dishes thoughtfully curated to pair with the wines. The tapas dishes are created by Jemma and inspired by our time in Spain and the abundance of top quality produce available locally.
