Do all Brit Stops locations allow Caravans?

Accepted Answer

No. It’s up to each individual Host to decide if they will allow caravans. You can filter the Brit Stops map to only see caravan-friendly locations. Each Host profile will also explicitly say whether caravans are allowed.

Question 2

Are all Caravans welcome? What about cars, tents, or roof tents?

Accepted Answer

You must have a self-contained motorhome, caravan, campervan, or panel van conversion in order to join Brit Stops. Cars, tents, and roof tents are not allowed.

Will I need to pay campsite fees at Brit Stops locations?

Accepted Answer

For the most part, no. The farm shops, pubs, vineyards, and attractions will not charge you a campsite fee. It is a nice gesture to patronize their business in exchange for the spot. You may find some aires on the platform that charge per-night fees or Hosts that offer electric hookups for a fee.

Brit Stops will be available to caravanners before the end of Autumn.

Does Brit Stops work offline?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Brit Stops now works offline. After joining, you’re able to download the full Brit Stops directory to your phone and browse the map offline.
