Brit Stops Refund Policy

Refund Policy

At Brit Stops, we value our members and want them to be satisfied with their membership. If your membership is not the right fit, we offer refund options under the conditions set out below.

New Membership Purchases

  • New Brit Stops memberships are eligible for a refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
  • Refund requests submitted after the fourteen (14) day period are not eligible for a refund.

Membership Renewals

  • Membership renewals are eligible for a refund within fourteen (14) days of the renewal date.
  • Refund requests submitted after the fourteen (14) day period are not eligible for a refund.

Consumer Cancellation Rights

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers may have the right to cancel and request a refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase.

Additional Terms

  • Refund eligibility is limited to one refund per account. Members who receive a refund and subsequently rejoin will not be eligible for additional refunds.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Members removed from the programme for violations of our Terms & Conditions, Community Standards, or other programme policies are not eligible for refunds.
  • Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency and amount charged (GBP). Currency exchange rate fluctuations may result in differences between the refunded amount and the amount received by your financial institution.
  • Brit Stops reserves the right to deny refund requests where account activity, misuse, abuse of the refund policy, fraud, or other circumstances indicate that the request is inconsistent with the intent of this policy.
