We are located in the heart of the North Pennines , 2.5 miles north of Alston ( Cumbria ) but just over the border in Northumberland ( A689 Alston to Brampton road)
We offer overnight toilet access ( on request) and a perfectly quiet, rural and convenient location. A small farm shop and cafe are open 7 days a week all year round ( excluding Christmas , Boxing and New Years Day) - but overnight stays are available 365 days of the year.
