The Rock’s Caistor site was formerly known as Top Farm and sits on ten acres of land, which is actually part of the Lincolnshire Wolds. Since then extensive renovations have been made to the Grade Two listed farm house and near by buildings. Within the building we have safe and secure accommodation providing supported housing for up to 12 residents with learning disabilities, as well as day care services that additional students attend. As part of Rock’s student workshop facilities, service users are supported and encouraged to participate in the day to day activities. These include serving in the tea rooms as well as many other activities and social enterprise projects, both indoors and outdoors. The Rock Foundation tearooms offer a warm welcome to everybody and we pride ourselves on our very friendly atmosphere! With a well equipped family room for families with young children, which leads out to a safe and secure play area for the little ones. Our site is also popular with walkers as ‘The Viking Way’ runs across our land, which is also the highest point of the Lincolnshire Wolds. Vintage Car enthusiasts enjoy a display on our site once a month. We also have regular cyclists and bikers visiting most weekends in the summer. Here at The Rock Foundation we are proud to offer our Tea Rooms, a Family Room, Gift Shop, Sweet Shop, Hand-made Garden Furniture on sale, Community Gardens, Outdoor Workshops and much much more! While the Cafe is open from 9am we ask that you arrive a bit later in the day! Our cafe serves Hot food until 2.30pm and last orders for coffee and cake are at 3.30pm.
