We offer a large carpark, large gardens, and good value offers - with a fully stocked bar packed with beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks to see you through any occasion. We unfortunately dont offer food at this time due to new mangement takeover and waiting on a big referb, but have a convenience store and chinese takeaway almost opposite for all your needs. Also plenty of food options in shrewsbury town which you can catch the bus right outside the pub. We will be doing full menu from march 2027. We are happy to say that we're dog friendly - so your four legged friend is welcome too! There are lovely walks along the old canal which can take you to haughmond Hill, will need to be very able bodied for this one, but a cycle route and much easier trail in the other direction can take you all the way along the old canal and river to the beautiful quarry park and percy throwers designed dingle gardens. You will find ice cream, coffees, cafes and riverside restaurants. The sabrina river cruise boat is also located close to the quarry Park, booking required.
