Welcome to The Woodbine. A multi award winning British Pub & Restaurant located at the entrance to Epping Forest just off junction 26 of the M25 near Theydon Bois, High Beach & Waltham Abbey. For food, we offer pub meals & Sunday roasts - and are number 1 for Sunday roasts in epping forest! We like to champion local produce where ever possible to support other local businesses and reduce our environmental impact across both our pub meals and bar choices. Our kitchen uses freshly grown organic vegetables & herbs some grown from our small kitchen garden, our meats come from a selection of local Essex farms including Great Garnets of Dunmow all used for our pub meals & Sunday roasts in epping forest . Even our bar has a great range of locally produced drinks, we have our own London Glider Cider we make from local apples, the Woodbine Racer - our own pale ale - is brewed at Coggeshall, and we have a new selection of fine wines celebrating the best of British from New Hall Vineyards at Purleigh. We even offer some locally produced spirits! Our staff are dedicated to giving you great pub meals and drinks in a relaxed traditional setting - we look forward to seeing you!
