About
Opened in March 2017, 1066 at the Chequers offers fresh and local foods wherever possible. Our menus offer a Scandinavian bias whilst recognising the traditional dishes of an English pub.
Our Pub and Restaurant opens for Lunch and afternoon tea from 12:30 through to 17:00 Wednesday to Friday and 12:30 until 21:00 on Saturdays. We are closed on Sunday/Monday and Tuesday but the car park will be accessible.
We are dog friendly - on the terrace in good weather or in the bar area throughout the year - but we ask that all guests keep their pets on a leash.
